What you'll do
- Set product strategy and roadmap across gateway-to-gateway, ground, and international freight services; make customer, operational, and investment trade-offs.
- Use lane economics, reliability, customer feedback, and cost and margin data to measure performance and drive product quality improvements.
- Align air, ground, international, commercial, finance, compliance, and engineering teams across the US and EU, including influencing leaders without direct authority.
