Principal Product Manager – Technical, AWS Security

What you'll do

• Define the suite’s multi-year vision and roadmap, including decisions about shared capabilities, product-specific features, and whether to build, extend, or retire products.
• Represent software builders, security engineers, and security operations teams; guide engineering, science, and program teams to deliver products based on customer needs.
• Develop leadership proposals and product measurement mechanisms; handle customer-impacting issues and executive escalations, and mentor product managers.

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and holding teams to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
• Experience in technical product management and leading engineering discussions about product technology decisions and strategy.

• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience with security domains, AI/ML technologies, or coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.

Pay

179,900.00 - 243,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
