Own the strategy and roadmap for Alexa for Shopping’s post-purchase experience, using agentic AI to help customers manage deliveries, product setup, troubleshooting, returns, accessories, and reorders.
What you'll do
- Define the post-purchase vision, success measures, and product roadmap.
- Determine which delivery, support, return, and replenishment actions an assistant can take and how to earn customer trust.
- Partner with engineering, science, and other organizations to shape product surfaces and drive cross-organizational decisions.
