What you'll do

• Own the initiative’s vision, strategy, roadmap, business cases, financial plans, and operating mechanisms.
• Align cross-functional and senior stakeholders; design pilots, learning plans, and stage gates for scaling.
• Manage program risks, drive executive reviews, and mentor the program management community.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of program or project management experience and 7+ years managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization; owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery; and defining requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience in food production, with deep knowledge of food production and kitchen operations, supply chain and distribution, and associated food safety and regulatory controls.

Nice to have

• MBA; experience working in a physical store.
• Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality; designing or scaling fresh food production and distribution networks; or working with HACCP, allergen and labeling requirements, and quality assurance at scale.

Pay

152,600.00 - 206,500.00 USD annually (base salary); 152,600.00 - 206,500.00 USD annually (base salary); 137,600.00 - 186,200.00 USD annually (base salary)
