Principal Security Sales Rep

What you'll do

• Generate and own security opportunities, including outbound prospecting, competitive displacement, and greenfield and brownfield sales.
• Build trusted CISO relationships and position AWS security services around risk, compliance, cost, and operational needs.
• Lead security sales strategy and collaborate with account managers, who handle account orchestration and non-security execution.

What they ask for

• Experience in AI security, application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
• 7+ years selling cybersecurity solutions, platforms, or services to large enterprise customers.
• Proven pipeline generation and experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in Fortune 500 / Global 2000 accounts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud security, AWS Security services, and competitive displacement selling.
• Experience in regulated industries, AI/ML security, exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas, relevant security certifications, or an MBA or advanced degree.

Pay

187,000.00 - 252,900.00 USD annually (base salary); 170,000.00 - 230,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
