What you'll do
- Advise the VP and leadership team on communications strategy, messaging, audience, timing, channels, and reputational risks.
- Develop and execute communications for organizational change, leadership transitions, strategy updates, crises, and employee engagement.
- Lead strategy, content, and delivery for senior leadership events, including town halls, offsites, planning sessions, and site visits.
