What you'll do
- Own and scale the Amazon Stores Agent, its shared foundations, and customer task-completion experience.
- Define and drive cross-organizational programs, addressing ambiguous goals and recurring problems while establishing durable metrics, reviews, and standards.
- Align teams and senior leaders on technical decisions, risks, priorities, and trade-offs; mentor TPMs and support community and talent development.
