What you'll do
- Coordinate delivery associate training and ridealongs; review performance and coach associates on standard work.
- Track and report metrics, support production and training, and review or update SOPs.
- Maintain safe, clean, well-equipped work areas and vehicle standards; address hazards and report injuries.
