About the job
Supports daily Amazon Logistics Last Mile operations by coordinating labor and workflows, tracking performance, coaching associates, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, direct work, and communicate with suppliers; provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
- Track labor hours and operational metrics, report results, and support production, training, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Maintain SOPs, workflow, and safe, clean work areas; coach associates and report injuries.
