Supports and trains delivery associates, monitors delivery performance and safety, and helps ensure compliant, high-quality customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and assess training for delivery associates, including vehicle operation and safety.
- Monitor on-road performance and delivery metrics; conduct performance reviews and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Support safety programs, standard work, legal compliance, and a positive driver culture.
