Leads training and performance support for delivery associates, monitors delivery quality and safety, and helps ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and deliver training for delivery associates, including safe vehicle operation and compliance.
- Monitor on-road performance and delivery metrics; conduct performance reviews and identify retraining or process improvements.
- Support safety programs, standard work, and a positive delivery culture while ensuring applicable laws and requirements are followed.
