Supports daily Rural Super Rural last-mile operations by coordinating labor and work assignments, tracking performance, coaching associates, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
- Track labor hours and operational metrics; assess associate performance and provide feedback.
- Support training, SOP compliance, safety initiatives, and vacation coverage for Area Managers.
