About the job
Supports daily last-mile delivery operations by coordinating labor and work assignments, tracking performance, coaching associates, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and communicate work direction to associates and suppliers.
- Track labor hours and operational metrics; assess associate performance and provide feedback.
- Support training, SOP compliance, safety initiatives, and area operations, including vacation coverage for Area Managers.
