About the job
Manages daily Last Mile operations in Amazon’s Rural Super Rural organization, coordinating labor, associate performance, safety, workflow, and production goals.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and provide work direction to associates.
- Track labor hours and operational metrics; maintain workflow and production goals, and update SOPs as needed.
- Coach associates, support training and safety initiatives, address hazards, and provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
