About the job
Supports daily last-mile delivery operations in Amazon’s Rural Super Rural organization by coordinating labor, guiding associates, and tracking performance, safety, and workflow.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and communicate with suppliers.
- Track labor hours and performance metrics; maintain workflow and production goals.
- Train and coach associates, verify SOP compliance, address safety issues, and provide Area Manager vacation coverage.
