Manages daily last-mile operations in Rural Super Rural, coordinating labor and workflow while tracking performance, safety, and SOP compliance.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, provide work direction, and communicate with suppliers.
- Track labor hours and area metrics; assess associate performance and provide feedback.
- Support training, SOP updates, safety initiatives, and production; provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
