About the job
Supports daily last-mile operations in Amazon’s Rural Super Rural organization by coordinating labor, directing associates, monitoring performance, and maintaining safety and process standards.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and provide work direction and feedback to associates.
- Track labor hours and operational metrics, maintain workflow and production goals, and review SOPs.
- Support training, safety, and operational excellence initiatives; provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
