Supports daily last-mile operations in Rural Super Rural by coordinating labor and work assignments, monitoring performance, and coaching associates on safety and procedures.
What you'll do
- Track labor hours and operational metrics, and report area performance.
- Assign work, provide direction and feedback, train associates, and verify SOP compliance.
- Support safety and operational excellence initiatives, maintain work areas, and provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
