About the job
Supports daily last-mile operations for Amazon’s Rural Super Rural team by coordinating labor and workflow, tracking performance, and helping ensure safety and SOP compliance.
What you'll do
- Allocate labor, assign duties, lead meetings, and communicate with suppliers.
- Track labor hours and performance metrics; provide associate feedback and training.
- Maintain workflow and SOP compliance, support safety initiatives, and provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
