What you'll do
- Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs, and deployment process documentation; establish governance controls and adoption metrics.
- Analyze deployment data, lead Value Stream Mapping and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Partner with stakeholders, conduct site visits, gather feedback, and coordinate resolution of process escalations.
