What you'll do
- Define and maintain metrics linking upstream process performance to delivery outcomes, and build reporting and dashboards to surface risks.
- Serve as the delivery team's point of contact for upstream operations partners, building alignment across teams.
- Drive improvement deliverables end-to-end, from scoping and design through execution and performance tracking.
