Leads the Leo inspection center’s quality team and operations, overseeing inspections and quality systems for electronics, mechanical parts, and semiconductors supporting satellite manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and coach inspection engineers and technicians; prioritize work and resolve technical escalations.
- Maintain inspection standards, procedures, measurement systems, and MRB processes; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Improve inspection operations through audits, training, KPI reviews, Lean and 5S, and support for product introductions and manufacturing transfers.
