Reviews Operations Specialists’ casework for SOP compliance, investigates complex cases, identifies trends and process improvements, and supports DSP performance programs.
What you'll do
- Review casework, provide feedback, and perform high-judgment investigations and research.
- Analyze root causes and trends; recommend SOP and process improvements and escalate issues.
- Support operational projects and reporting, and handle cases during volume spikes to help prevent backlogs or missed SLAs.
