Acts as the real estate business partner for Amazon’s Devices and Services organization, aligning its business plans and workplace needs with GREF strategy and operations.
What you'll do
- Partner with D&S leaders and cross-functional teams to develop global real estate plans aligned with headcount, specialty-space, and location needs.
- Create reporting, tracking, and planning mechanisms to inform decisions and deliver agreed service levels.
- Develop and present executive-level recommendations and business cases, and coordinate strategy implementation and issue escalation.
