Real Estate Manager, Principal, Data Center Supply Solutions

What you'll do

• Develop portfolio lifecycle strategies and financial models for holding, selling, subleasing, redeveloping, expanding, or exiting assets.
• Lead real estate transactions and negotiations, and manage external advisors and market intelligence.
• Partner across AWS functions, advise senior leaders, and mentor team members on real estate finance and strategy.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or another related field.
• Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving.
• 12+ years experience in commercial real estate, real estate finance, portfolio management, or real estate investment/asset management; 6+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience; 5+ years of real estate transactions experience.
• Deep understanding of commercial lease structures, ground leases, and real estate contract law; strong proficiency in real estate valuation methodologies, market analysis, and investment underwriting; experience presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery; direct experience with data center, hyperscale infrastructure, or mission-critical real estate portfolios.
• MBA, MS in Real Estate, or Master's in Finance; CFA, CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), CCIM, or MAI designation; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Yardi, or similar.

Pay
