Refrigeration Systems Quality Engineer, GES NA Quality (Design & Construction)

What you'll do

• Inspect installed refrigeration systems and verify conformance to plans, standards, and applicable codes; drive correction of defects.
• Witness tests, perform IOQ and performance validation, and review commissioning and turnover documentation.
• Manage partner quality, review specifications, report defect trends, and lead quality improvements.

What they ask for

• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, or gathering requirements and writing clear, detailed requirement documents.
• 4+ years of refrigeration industry experience, or experience in reliability/maintenance environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on commercial or industrial refrigeration experience spanning installation, commissioning, inspection, or maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R Engineering, or a related technical/STEM field; EPA Section 608 Universal certification.

Nice to have

• Refrigeration Trade School certificate.
• Intermediate AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL knowledge; vendor management, CO₂/transcritical systems, refrigeration controls/monitoring, or owner’s-representative/quality-assurance experience.

Pay

84,300.00 - 126,400.00 USD annually (base salary); 76,600.00 - 114,900.00 USD annually (base salary); 68,900.00 - 103,400.00 USD annually (base salary); 82,700.00 - 114,900.00 USD annually (base salary)
