Regional Construction Manager, GES NA, Startup Engineering Risk Management (ERM)

What you'll do

• Manage construction project lifecycles, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and handover in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead and develop geographically distributed Construction Managers; set priorities and drive execution across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate engineering reviews, equipment installation and qualification, stakeholder alignment, vendor controls, and process improvements.

What they ask for

• Experience managing a team and construction quality systems, including coaching and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related construction discipline; 7+ years of project/program management from design through construction completion and operational handover; and 7+ years negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or BIM and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar); valid driver's license and availability for up to 50% nationwide travel.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification; experience managing complex, large-scale construction programs ($50M+) end-to-end.
• Experience developing regional construction processes or managing Construction Managers and high-performing teams.

Pay

134,200.00 - 185,000.00 USD annually (base salary); 109,800.00 - 156,500.00 USD annually (base salary); 122,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD annually (base salary)
