Leads a regional field team to execute environmental regulatory compliance across Amazon sites, manage risks and performance, and build site and team capability.
What you'll do
- Direct regional compliance priorities, execution, and risk mitigation across sites; track KPIs and report compliance status.
- Manage and develop the field team, including hiring, coaching, and resource allocation; oversee regional contractors and consultants.
- Partner with Operations, Legal, regulators, and technology teams to resolve compliance barriers and improve execution.
