Regional Maintenance Manager , RME AMZL

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor maintenance managers and their teams across multiple sites.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs, manage regional budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee safety programs, capital plans, projects, cost analysis, and contractors; travel domestically up to 80%.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years each managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA and CI; communicating results to senior leadership; and Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading network-level or multi-site maintenance organizations; Professional Engineering registration.
• Experience with MHE integrators, material handling equipment and integrated systems, project management, or statistical analysis; Master's degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Pay

USD 123,300.00 - 166,800.00 annually (base salary)
