- Set and deliver safety strategy, programs, compliance, and risk controls across multiple data center sites.
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop Health and Safety Managers; plan workforce growth and succession.
- Review safety metrics and incident investigations, and partner with operations, construction, legal, security, and compliance teams to improve safety.
