Revenue Cycle Optimization Analyst, Healthcare Finance Operations

What you'll do

• Analyze revenue cycle data and processes to identify defects, patterns, and financial impact; investigate root causes through targeted experiments.
• Document validated defects with evidence, root cause analysis, quantified impact, and recommended resolutions for technology and operations teams.
• Use statistical methods and AI-enabled tools to improve defect detection, analysis, and workflow automation.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience in registration, scheduling, billing, cash collection, cash application, or denial management/follow-up.
• Medical billing experience and understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, third-party payer guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, develop solutions, and clearly document findings.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience in a hospital or physician provider setting.
• Coursework or applied experience in statistics, experimental design, or quantitative research methods.

Pay

USD 66,900.00 - 117,100.00 annually (base salary)
