What you'll do
- Manage the global reverse-logistics ticket queue and resolve equipment return, lifecycle, and liquidation requests.
- Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors; investigate shipment issues and keep customers informed.
- Analyze operational data, prepare metrics and dashboards, and help improve processes and resolve defects.
