What you'll do
- Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to resolve equipment return, lifecycle, liquidation, and shipment inquiries.
- Research issues, document ticket findings, escalate problems, and follow through on resolutions.
- Analyze data, prepare metrics and dashboards, and help improve transportation processes and software requirements.
