Risk Manager, Global Product Verification (GPV)

What you'll do

• Lead risk programs end-to-end, from defining problems and mitigation solutions to keeping risks within tolerance.
• Test controls and processes, define and track KPIs and performance, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate with leadership, regional stakeholders, and partner teams to manage projects, communicate findings, and reduce operational defects and costs.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field; the posting also lists a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of retail food code and grocery retail regulations at local, state, and federal levels; experience handling confidential information and interacting with local food safety regulators.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements.
• Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials; experience with SQL and Excel.

Pay

82,700.00 - 129,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
