Owns the strategy and end-to-end delivery of North American water compliance programs, building scalable processes and controls that help operations meet regulatory obligations and manage risk.
What you'll do
- Develop and scale programs covering water quality, discharge, stormwater, and wastewater compliance.
- Establish program plans, KPIs, dashboards, review cadences, and escalation mechanisms; communicate progress and risks to senior leaders.
- Build investment cases and coordinate resources across teams, regulators, and external partners to address compliance needs.
