Provides field engineering support for Amazon robotics systems, improving their deployment, reliability, safety, and performance while connecting site technicians with engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Support robotics implementations, upgrades, audits, and troubleshooting; resolve mechanical and system issues.
- Develop diagnostic tools, monitoring, maintenance procedures, escalation processes, training, and spare-parts systems.
- Analyze performance and customer feedback, report findings, and coordinate improvement efforts with site and engineering teams.
