Robotics Systems Engineer I, Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation (RDPI) - Tech Deployment

What you'll do

• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, integration, and acceptance testing of robotics and automation systems through go-live.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and technical documentation across engineering, operations, construction, and external partners.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive process and operational improvements; travel to project sites across North America, often 75% or more.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with technical drawings and/or CAD models, and at least 1 year working with mechanical, electrical, IT-networked, or software systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/CAD models, troubleshoot robotics systems, and create or interpret technical documentation and process instructions.
• Willingness to work in construction or warehouse environments and travel extensively; able to meet the stated physical and site-access demands.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years in field engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work; experience with hardware integration or complex industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of Fanuc or ABB robotics, Allen Bradley PLCs, network fundamentals, OSHA/ANSI or automation safety certifications, LEAN, or Six Sigma.

USD 82,400.00 - 144,100.00 annually (base salary; Boston); USD 82,400.00 - 144,100.00 annually (base salary; Westboro); USD 78,200.00 - 136,900.00 annually (base salary; Nashville); USD 82,400.00 - 144,100.00 annually (base salary; Austin); USD 82,400.00 - 144,100.00 annually (base salary; Bellevue); USD 82,400.00 - 144,100.00 annually (base salary; Seattle)
