Designs and manages sales enablement programs, content, workflows, and tools for Amazon Leo’s partner sales team to improve productivity, revenue growth, and customer retention.
What you'll do
- Build onboarding, ramp, ongoing training, and learning programs for partner sales representatives.
- Create and maintain sales collateral and an organized, searchable content repository.
- Optimize enablement technology and CRM workflows, and measure tool usage and effectiveness.
