What you'll do
- Research and resolve carrier and driver issues in a contact center environment, setting expectations and coordinating solutions.
- Support driver assignments, load acceptance, and driver and equipment availability; assist during workload surges and weather-related operations.
- Gather data for recurring reports and share operational insights with cross-functional teams.
