Security and Loss Prevention Expert, NA

What you'll do

• Conduct security audits and confidential investigations; analyze data and root causes to identify vulnerabilities and mitigating actions.
• Monitor security systems and vendors, maintain site security infrastructure, and report performance and key issues to leadership.
• Implement security plans and best practices, manage incident response and improvement initiatives, and deliver loss-prevention education.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to meet stated physical demands, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing metric-based strategies using continuous improvement concepts, or maintaining/implementing physical security systems and coordinating security vendors.
• Investigative interviewing, workplace incident mitigation, business continuity planning, or relevant operational experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and charts/graphics.

Pay

USD 62,400.00 - 87,700.00 annually (base salary)
