Security Program Manager, U.S. Amazon Dedicated Cloud

What you'll do

• Lead physical security design, installation, acceptance, and readiness validation for data centers, expansions, logistics facilities, and special projects.
• Manage project lifecycles, multi-million-dollar budgets, vendors, contracts, and security system maintenance.
• Advise teams and government customers on physical security requirements, compliance, risk mitigation, and program enhancements.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 5+ years working with physical security design and/or implementation of electronic security systems such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, Procore, BIM modeling tools, Bluebeam, AI assistants, and software for technical document writing such as Visio, Word, or PowerPoint.
• 2+ years in a regulated industry where facility physical security requirements were audited and inspected; must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ICD, NISPOM, NIST, and UL 2050 standards related to classified facility security, accreditation, and security system compliance.
• Relevant project management or physical security certifications; experience with security-in-depth, integrated security systems, or construction documents.

102,000.00 - 178,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
