Security Sales Specialist, AWS Industries (AWSI)

What you'll do

• Generate and own security pipeline, including targeted sales plays and competitive displacement.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs and position AWS security services against customer security priorities and alternatives.
• Lead security sales strategy in coordination with account managers and a dedicated Security Solution Architect.

What they ask for

• Experience in one or more listed security areas, including cloud security, identity and access controls, incident response, AI security, or threat intelligence.
• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a strong track record of quota attainment.
• 5+ years selling cybersecurity solutions, platforms, or services to large enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; ability to generate pipeline and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud security and AWS Security services; experience in competitive displacement or regulated industries.
• AI/ML security familiarity, relevant security certifications, advanced degree, or a record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.

Pay

157,100.00 - 212,600.00 USD annually (base salary)
