Security Tech Operations Manager, Amazon Security Hardware

What you'll do

• Hire, lead, and develop hardware security engineers while prioritizing team work.
• Perform and oversee hardware testing, automation, root cause analysis, and engineering reporting.
• Manage operational procedures, audits, equipment, metrics, and continuous improvement.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, or experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools.
• 2+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience, or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering).
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
• Master's degree, or experience in hardware lab equipment such as digital scopes, logic analyzers, and soldering tools.

Pay

130,200.00 - 176,100.00 USD annually (base salary)
