Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect – Amazon Connect, Applied AI

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Amazon Connect AI-agent solutions, live demos, and reusable reference assets.
• Develop full-stack applications, APIs, serverless integrations, and agent tools; configure prompts, memory, context, and multi-agent workflows.
• Evaluate agent performance, apply security and Well-Architected practices, and share findings with internal teams and product teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services, including integrating agentic or generative AI into working applications.
• Full-stack front-end and back-end development; cloud experience; hands-on LLM, prompt engineering, agent memory and context, RAG, and model evaluation experience; familiarity with MCP and A2A.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and its AI capabilities, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR; conversational AI, agentic AI, MCP servers, AWS Well-Architected, Terraform or Python, or demo/proof-of-concept development.

169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually (base salary); 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually (base salary); 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
