What you'll do
- Develop and qualify secure provisioning and OTP/eFuse programming flows, including verification and lifecycle management.
- Build reusable ATE libraries and automation tools for pattern analysis, sub-flow generation, and test-program generation.
- Partner with design, DFT, security, and firmware teams to support secure, testable, high-volume manufacturing.
