Provides technical leadership and support to maintain and optimize fulfillment-center automation and material handling systems, improve reliability and throughput, and reduce equipment downtime.

- Troubleshoot control-system issues, identify root causes, and guide actions to reduce downtime; provide escalation support to automation engineers.
- Collaborate across operations and engineering teams to optimize material handling systems and implement projects.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics, analyze issues, and lead system design improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
