What you'll do
- Design and validate optical module mechanics and thermal performance, including structural analysis, tolerance stack-ups, housings, simulations, and tests.
- Develop automated validation plans and collaborate with manufacturers on design approaches, materials, assembly, and qualification.
- Drive manufacturing improvements in yield, cost, assembly, quality, and RMA processes.
