Senior Customer Solutions Manager, Global Financial Services

What you'll do

• Develop and guide customer cloud migration and transformation plans, including people, process, and operating model changes.
• Prioritize and enable AI/ML and GenAI use cases, and coordinate AWS teams to support customer delivery.
• Set adoption goals, governance, and success measures; track progress and report business outcomes.

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, including business case development and successful delivery.
• 3+ years in customer-facing work with executives, technologists, or partners solving business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional teams.

Nice to have

• PMP, SCRUM/Agile, SAFe, or cloud certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect - Associate.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies, cloud migrations and modernization, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure, data engineering, DevOps, or selling cloud solutions.

Pay

153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
