Senior Customer Solutions Manager, Global Financial Services

What you'll do

• Develop and execute cloud migration and transformation plans, including people, process, and operating-model changes.
• Prioritize AI/ML and Generative AI use cases and guide adoption of relevant AWS services and architectures.
• Coordinate executive governance, migration workstreams, adoption plans, and outcome tracking across customer and AWS teams.

What they ask for

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, including business case development and successful program completion.
• 3+ years in customer-facing work engaging executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or business, or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation teams across broad functional teams.

Nice to have

• PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certification; or a cloud certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect - Associate.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies, cloud implementation or migration, cloud architecture, software development, infrastructure, data engineering, DevOps, or selling cloud solutions.

Pay

169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually (base salary)
