Senior Customer Success Manager , Consumables

What you'll do

• Manage vendor relationships and create long-term business plans that drive growth and customer experience.
• Analyze performance and feedback, advise vendors on ROI, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers.
• Lead promotional planning, catalog optimization, process improvements, and peer mentoring.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of vendor- or client-facing experience in Account Management, Vendor Management, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, or relevant experience.
• Data analysis experience, including manipulating large datasets and interpreting results; proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and multiple projects; ability to work independently amid ambiguity and communicate professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience guiding, training, or mentoring others; project management; or process improvement.
• 5+ years of e-commerce or retail experience; Buying, Planning, or Merchandising experience; advanced degree, certifications, or equivalent experience; or use of internal AI tooling.

Pay

USD 82,700.00 - 140,000.00 annually (base salary)
